How to reach us
Email support@t5k.fm. To help us resolve things quickly, please include the email you bought with, and — for technical issues — your macOS version, whether you're using the standalone app or a plugin (and which host), and any error messages or screenshots.

Before you write
Capture requires macOS 14.2 or later on an Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac; it does not run on Intel Macs. The documentation at t5k.fm/docs/capture covers setup and common questions, and your downloads live in your account.

I didn't get my email
After you buy, we email your licence; when you sign in, we email a one-time link. If either isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder — new senders sometimes land there. Still nothing? Email support@t5k.fm and we'll sort it.
How do I download Capture?
Your downloads live in your account. Sign in with the one-time link we email you, then download the app from there. Downloads stay available for as long as your licence is active.
Will it run on my Mac?
Capture needs macOS 14.2 or later on an Apple Silicon (M-series) Mac. It does not run on Intel Macs or older macOS. It's a standalone app plus VST3, AU, and CLAP plugins for compatible hosts.
How many machines can I use it on?
One licence covers a set number of activations on machines you own or control — your account shows how many you've used. The licence is perpetual and yours; please don't share your key.
I've lost my licence key
It's always in your account — sign in to see it. If you can't get in, email support@t5k.fm from the address you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Capture is digital content supplied immediately. Before you download you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days; once download begins that right is lost. Full detail is in our Terms.
